一个主语连续做两个动作, 前一个动作和后一个有关系: (1) 前是后的方式: 笑着说 (用笑的方式说) / 坐飞机去 (用坐飞机的方式去). (2) 前是后的目的的手段, 或后是前的目的: 去超市买东西 (去超市为了买东西) / 来中国学习. 两个动词共用一个主语.
One subject does two actions in sequence, the first relating to the second: (1) first = manner of the second: 笑着说 (say while smiling) / 坐飞机去 (go by plane). (2) the second is the PURPOSE of the first: 去超市买东西 (go to the supermarket to buy things) / 来中国学习. Both verbs share one subject.
- 他笑着说: "没事." Tā xiào zhe shuō: "Méi shì." He said with a smile, "It's nothing."
- 我坐飞机去北京. Wǒ zuò fēijī qù Běijīng. I'm flying to Beijing.
- 他去超市买东西. Tā qù chāoshì mǎi dōngxi. He goes to the supermarket to buy things.
- 我来中国学习中文. Wǒ lái Zhōngguó xuéxí Zhōngwén. I came to China to study Chinese.

上一课 (grammar-01) 是连动句. 本课: 疑问代词 (谁 / 什么 / 哪儿 / 什么时候 / 怎么) + 都 / 也, 不再是问句, 而表示"任何一个都" (任指). 谁都喜欢她 = 每个人都喜欢. 我什么都吃 = 任何东西都吃. 否定用"也": 我哪儿也没去.
Grammar-01 was serial verbs. Here: a question word (谁 / 什么 / 哪儿 / 什么时候 / 怎么) + 都 / 也 is NOT a question — it means "any/every one" (universal). 谁都喜欢她 = everyone likes her. 我什么都吃 = I eat anything. Negative uses 也: 我哪儿也没去.
- 谁都喜欢她. Shéi dōu xǐhuān tā. Everyone likes her.
- 我什么都吃. Wǒ shénme dōu chī. I eat anything.
- 你什么时候来都可以. Nǐ shénme shíhou lái dōu kěyǐ. You can come any time.
- 这件事我哪儿也没说. Zhè jiàn shì wǒ nǎr yě méi shuō. I haven't told anyone about this.
