Quantos anos você tem? How old are you?
Numbers 11 to 100 (onze, vinte, cem) plus mil and zero. For age, Portuguese uses "ter" (to have), not "ser": Tenho vinte anos ("I have twenty years"), never "sou vinte". The question is Quantos anos você tem? New vocabulary: onze, vinte, cem, mil, zero, ano, quantos, primeiro, último, vez. Pronunciation corner: the nasal in "cem" and "vinte", and the -m that does not close the mouth.

A idade com "ter" Age with "ter"
Em português a idade se diz com "ter" (não "ser"): a gente "tem" anos. Tenho vinte anos. Quantos anos você tem? — Tenho dezenove. O erro clássico do inglês é dizer "sou vinte" (I am twenty): em português isso significaria "sou o número vinte". Diga sempre tenho + número + anos. Sobre os números: de 11 a 15 são palavras próprias (onze, doze, treze, catorze, quinze); de 16 a 19 usam "deze-" (dezesseis, dezessete); a partir de 21 com "e": vinte e um. As dezenas: vinte, trinta, quarenta… cem é 100.
